7. Warranty and Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for any broken or missing pieces due to manufacturing defects that affect the integrity and function of the bar. If you receive damaged or incomplete items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
In the event of manufacturing damage, we will open an investigation to determine if the issue qualifies for our warranty. Please note that manufacturing damage is only covered if it affects the integrity and functionality of the bar. If the damage is confirmed to be due to manufacturing and impacts the bar's use, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or missing parts.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Our policy only covers exchanges for damaged or defective items as outlined above.
We do not offer a warranty for damage caused during shipping or due to negligence. We strongly recommend inspecting your mobile bar immediately upon receipt. If any shipping damage is apparent, please report it directly to the shipping carrier.
